Minister Humphreys, the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht announced on Thursday 28th January 2016, that a €9m investment scheme which will be run over the next three years is going to be put in place. Funding for this will be made available as part of the Governments Capital Framework 2016- 2021.
