Energy Retrofit of Traditional Buildings Seminar
Kilkenny County Councils Conservation Office will host a day long seminar titled Energy Retrofit of Traditional Buildings on Tuesday 22nd October from 9.30am – 4pm in Butler House, Patrick St, Kilkenny for home owners, community groups, agents and specifiers. Public Consultation launched on the use of Peat in the Horticultural Industry
Minister Madigan, TD, has called on stakeholders, environmental NGOs and the public to make submissions on the consultation process launched into the use of peat in the horticultural industry. Submissions are to be based on a consultation paper published by the working group which was chaired by the Dept. of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht.
