Unlocking the Archives
The Trinity Long Room Hub hosted two online events titled ‘Unlocking the Archives’ in June 2020. The Beyond 2022 research project was a major collaboration between historians, computer scientists and archivists in Ireland, the UK and further afield, working together to recreate, in virtual reality, the destroyed Public Record Office of Ireland in 1922 and its lost archival collections.  To listen to Part 1: Hidden Voices go to
